The above warranty does not apply if the product damage is caused by incorrect installation, unexpected disaster, natural calamity, abuse, misuse, overvoltage-undervoltage, improper operation, undesirable environmental condition or any unauthorized disassembly, repairs or modification.
This warranty is also not applicable if the product label is modified, scrawled or removed, the package is damaged or imperfect, or the product is second-hand and so on.
The warranty guarantees that consumers can get maintenance or replacement services only when they buy defective or damaged products from FiberUnion.
Return Guidelines
1. Submit the return request to your FiberUnion sales. Once approved, put the items and printed RMA form into a box.
2. Return the parcel to us.
3. Once the parcel arrives at our warehouse, we will send you replacements or refund back to you.
RMA is not acceptable if:
1.Products exceeds the warranty period.
2.Products don't accord with FiberUnion warranty policy.
3.No RMA agreement was reached with a FiberUnion sales representative before RMA.
4.RMA is not done based on FiberUnion RMA instructions.
